This class is aimed at providing a strong base for both new and experienced students. It incorporates postures, breath work, and meditation through motion.
The class follows a slower and technical approach that highlights body alignment and enhances body awareness. It is well-suited for individuals of all skill levels but is particularly beneficial for beginners looking to develop a foundation for their practice.

Evening Gentle Hatha Yoga (CZ/EN)
The evening hatha yoga class flows in the spirit of simplicity, subtlety and depth and an intimate experience, for which we use our breath, our body and mindfulness. Staying longer in the asanas also gives us more space to perceive how we feel in individual asanas and towards ourselves in life. After the class, you will feel not only more flexible, but also more relaxed and satisfied.

Yoga for a Healthy Back with a Physiotherapist (CZ)
Pravidelné cvičení pod vedením fyzioterapeutky ti uleví od bolestí a zároveň je ideální prevencí proti jejich vzniku do budoucna. Terka ti na svých lekcích pomůže se lépe propojit se svým tělem, takže po lekci budete odcházet protažení, odpočatí a užijete si příjemnou atmosféru. Yoga for beginners aims to introduce the widest possible range of people to the practice of yoga and show them that anyone can practice it. A yoga class for beginners is taught at a more relaxed pace with the needs of the students in mind so that everyone can follow along comfortably, even if they have never experienced yoga before. Everyone exercises according to their possibilities, current physical or mental condition.
Each lesson always ends with relaxation - shavasana.

Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore Style (CZ/EN)
Ashtanga yoga is a more dynamic style that has a fixed sequence of asanas (positions) that follow on each other smoothly, whereas in most positions one stays for five breaths.
In Ashtanga yoga classes conducted in the Mysore style, everyone practices the whole series by themselves at their own pace, the teacher only checks, corrects and guides, so he/she then has more time to devote to each student individually, and supervise whether you perform the given position correctly and healthily for your body.
