Reservations for open classes and other activities are possible through the reservation system, it is also possible to come to the studio without a reservation. However, without an online reservation and payment, we cannot reserve a seat for you, and thus do not guarantee that there will eventually be a space for you in the hall. In addition, using credits allows you to participate in classes at a reduced price, paying on the spot in cash costs CZK 20 more than paying online in advance.

Participation in workshops and seminars without reservation and payment is not possible. In the reservation system, you can always see the conditions for the particular event.

Conditions and rules for the reservation system

Open Classes

Open classes offer flexibility and the possibility to come to any lesson at any time of the year.

The full price for a 60-minute class is 220 CZK, and 200 CZK when paying with credits in the reservation system.

The full price for a 75-minute class is 240 CZK, and 220 CZK when paying with credits in the reservation system.

The full price for a 90-minute class is 260 CZK, and 240 CZK when paying with credits in the reservation system.

Cancellation conditions for open classes

We emphasize that neither the Santosha Yoga Prague studio nor anyone from our team bears any responsibility for your state of health, changes in work or social status, weather conditions, constellation of stars, traffic situation, family matters, etc. We try to be as flexible as possible, but please take into consideration that we need to know how many people to count on for a class, the teachers often prepare for the class in advance. Reservations after the cut-off times listed below are binding for us and we consider it irresponsible and reckless not to show up for a class without notifying us in advance.

It is possible to cancel the reservation without penalizing:

– no later than 4 hours before its start, for afternoon and evening classes
– until 20:30 the evening before the class, in case of morning lessons

After that, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation and the credits or payment are forfeited without the right to a refund. In the case of a reservation made using a voucher/pass or choosing to pay on the spot in cash, the reserved entry will be forfeited and your account will have a debt in the amount of the price of the class, which must be paid.

In exceptional cases, when you really do not have the possibility to cancel the reservation online in the reservation system, it is possible to request cancellation by SMS, phone or email. We will always confirm the cancellation of the reservation.

It is necessary to come for the class/workshops/courses on time – at least 5 minutes, but not earlier than 15 minutes before they start.

Closed courses, seminars, workshops

Reservations for closed courses, seminars or workshops are only valid after payment of the given amount. If payment is not made within 1 hour of making the reservation, the system will automatically cancel the reservation. Without payment, the reservation will be considered invalid and the place will not be reserved for you. For some courses, seminars or workshops, we offer a price discount for early payment.

Storno podmínky u kurzů, workshopů, lekcí

Any course, seminar or workshop can be canceled without penalty in the reservation system no later than 30 days before the event. After that, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation in the reservation system, but you need to contact us by email or phone.

In case of cancellation less than 30 days and at the same time more than 14 days before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% (we will return 50% of the amount paid).

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% and the remaining 50% of the amount paid will be returned to your account in credits that can be used in our studio for open lessons.

Cancellation less than 3 days before the event is not possible. However, it is possible to find a substitute for a closed course, seminar and workshop.

If you do not apologize or do not show up for the event, the studio is entitled to keep 100% of the price.

Credits

You can use our credit system to pay for lessons, courses and workshops. Credits entitle you to cheaper entry to lessons and other events. The credit can be topped up through our reservation system. The purchased credit is non-refundable and has an expiration date, which you can check yourself on your account in our reservation system. When re-increased, the expiration length will be automatically extended.

Other

Pokud se rezervujete na lekci a nemůžete přijít, zrušte, prosím, svoji rezervaci nejpozději 4 hodin před začátkem lekce (do 20:30 předchozího dne v případě ranních lekcí), nebo vám bude její cena z kreditu odečtena a pokud nevyužíváte kreditů, bude na vašem účtu evidován dluh, který je potřeba zaplatit. Jiná pravidla platí pro workshopy, semináře či kurzy (viz. výše)

Lektorka nezodpovídá za zdravotní stav účastníka kurzu. Trpíte-li zdravotními problémy, je důležité na ně lektorku před začátkem lekce upozornit. Pracujte se svým tělem s respektem a láskou, tak aby nedocházelo ke zranění.

Začít s klasickou jógou v průběhu těhotenství nedoporučujeme. Pro ženy v jiném stavu máme speciálně určenu lekci jógy pro těhotné.

Naše studio nepřijímá karty Multisport, avšak přijímáme benefit karty Sodexo, Benefit Plus i Endered. V našem studiu nepřijímáme na místě platební karty, šeky či stravenky.

Společná ustanovení

Zákazník uděluje Provozovateli souhlas se zpracováním jeho osobních údajů ve smyslu zákona č. 428/2002 Z.z. o ochraně osobních údajů v rezervačním systému Provozovatele. Informace, které zákazník poskytne Provozovateli, slouží výlučně pro potřebu poskytování konkrétních služeb.  a nebudou dále poskytovány třetím osobám.
