Would you like to learn techniques, the practice of which contributes to overall well-being. Would you like to learn how to apply yoga and its principles in your everyday life? Following the course Yoga for beginners, we have prepared an open Yoga Therapy Course for you, where you will learn how you can use a few small things in your life that will help to achieve the balance of body and mind!
The course is designed for complete yoga beginners as well as for people who already have some experience with yoga. This course is conducted as open, i.e. it is possible to attend any class during the course.
What can you expect?
🕉 Exercises focused on moving and realeasing often stiff and painful parts of the body, such as hips, neck, shoulders, knees, etc.
🕉 We will work a lot with proprioception so that we can get to know and control our body well
🕉 We will learn how to breathe properly
🕉 We will show you the basic techniques of mindfulness, meditation and relaxation
🕉 We will talk about a few other things you can do in life that will contribute to overall physical, mental and emotional well-being
The course will be led by Zuzana Krajča – a yogi, yoga teacher and self-development coach.
Who is the course intended for?
The course Yoga Therapy is not only for complete yoga beginners, but for anyone who wants to deepen their theoretical knowledge and learn something about yoga philosophy, techniques and tools that they can then apply in their everyday life.
What will I take away from the course?
You will gain theoretical and practical foundations and learn methods for improving physical and mental health. You will learn to perceive your body and your breath and you will be able to perform individual positions healthily and safely.
The price for the entire course is 1,500 Kč. The application for the course is valid only after it has been paid.
This course works as an open course, which means that it is possible to attend any class at any time during the course. The price for one lesson (drop-in) is 320 CZK
The course will be held every Sunday from April 2nd to May 7th, 2023 (except April 9th), always from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the event, we return the entire amount paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days and more than 14 days before the event, we will refund you 50% of the amount paid. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the event, we will refund you 50% of the amount paid in credits that can be used in our studio for open lessons.
I will help you move consciously. I teach yoga with an individual approach to each student based on their needs and possibilities of their body and mind. I teach by touch and word.
I went to try out yoga for the first time when I was 18, when I was looking for a way to move, even though I am not athletic or competitive, and gym classes at primary school would rather discourage me from moving. But since then, I keep returing back to yoga. For the past years, I have been intensively studying and practicing K. Pattabhi Jois's (ashtanga yoga) series . At the same time, I deal with yoga philosophy. I also learn from foreign teachers, such as Petri Raisanen, Eddie Stern, Andrew Eppler, Nancy Gilgoff, Davidem Williams. This year I've completed a two-year yoga training Jóga jako vědomá cesta.
