๐๏ธ You will recharge your batteries with the help of breathing and sun salutations, which you will learn and can then also use at home
๐๏ธ At the end, you will relax in shavasana with the sound of Tibetan bowls
The activity itself is planned for 45 minutes, but we will be happy if you stay with us in the studio even longer and have a cup of tea with us. We will be happy to answer your questions or further discuss topics related to yoga, meditations, working with emotions and mind etc.! ๐ซ
